Oh my! Just finished it... And I want to read it again!

I just finished it. A friend gave it to me a few weeks ago. I read it yesterday and finished it this morning. Straight up! It's like a nice drink—easy to read and easy to swallow. I got very easily into the story and the intrigue. The characters were fun. I like the relationship between David and Alexine. They're cute, with their ups and downs. I laughed out loud, which does not happen too often for me in a book. I like the fact that it is a fast-paced reading, with not too many boring details and descriptions. I could imagine scenes for myself. Anyway, I think I'm going to read it again because it was so much fun. I will definitely buy the series!
